Nooooooooooo!!!
I pulled up next to what I thought was a yellow 355 not long back in my old JCW Cooper S and thought Id well pissed on my chips by going down the outside! It wasnt to be, when I looked the yellow theme was continued inside the car along with blue neons and that revvy 3.6 V8 sounded a bit too much like an asthmatic 4 pot! Yeah, they might fool the odd cataract sufferer but you must be pissed off when you cant keep up with a mini!

Nah, I fancy a 360 really, the prices have really plummeted and I just dont think Im going to have time and space to build the Ultima. So at the moment its either buy a pre built Ultima (which Im not sure I want to do as every one can be different so repairing them can be a pain) or a 360 (but fixing one if it broke could run into ££,£££'s)

Still looking at £55k+ realistically, what spec ultima were u looking at getting (if built yourself)?
360's are nice, how do they perform compared to your tvr for example?

Yeah, thats the sort of price Ive seen them at! If I was going to build an Ultima myself I think realistically for the spec I want, there wouldn't be much left out of £50k.
I think the Ferrari would outperform the TVR in everything apart from acceleration, straight line speed and dangerousness!!

Was looking at that before, lovely motor!!! Apparently though, the 360s become hard to shift with anything over 35k miles on them so with me putting about 6k on one over two years I reckon I would need on with 25k or less if possible!

So a spider would be out of the question
If you are only doing 6k in two years your likely to hold more value in a 360 than a self bit ultima aren't you (or would that be a keeper)?
@ the rawness of the trev, the ferrari would be a peice of piss to drive fast in comparisson then?

Yeah, I think it would really!
Think you are probably right, it would probably take me 2 years to build an Ultima too and I wouldnt be able to keep the TVR all the way to the end of the build either!
Yeah, the Trev is pretty dangerous which is one thing I love about it!!! But yeah I think the Rarri would be a doddle!

Will hold value better and look better, but yeah probably nothing in it really, they are only about 20bhp more powerful and slightly lighter aren't they, not gonna make a huge difference unless you are both immense drivers.... (paul)
