I am a car enthusiast, i enjoy blowing money on cars etc. But the car I drive....Corsa 1.6 just ties me with the same brush as boy racers. I told my sis I'd bought a Corsa, she said you chav 
Other day I parked up at Tesco to get some tea with my gf there is a saxo parked there next to a fiesta MK4 5 door. He's just sat there, bouncing his car off the rev limiter
People in Tesco are looking out side to see wtf is going on, and he KEEPS doing it 
Must have got moved on by security Coming home today from Tesco, I see the same lad in his 5 door fiesta, looks about 12 and can barely see over the steering wheel following his mate in the lexus light'ed 106 base model coming round the roundabout on the door handles and I just thought what is the fucking point
I was kind of hoping he'd lost it into the traffic lights but it sadly didn't happen 
No wonder people with Corsa's or similar hatchbacks who are a true enthusiast get tied with the same brush as the idiots. Pisses me right off.

Its got nothing to do with car enthusiasts or boy racers imo.
Its more to do with age from 17 - 19 i drove like a twat everywhere.
Now im older and more mature,i think why did i,i must of looked a right cunt.

I sold my saxo cause I was sick of being called a chav, and because it was a heap
The car I have now is chavvy anyway, I wouldnt let it bother you really

I'm 26 now, passed my test when I was 17 and I can honestly say I never drove like a bellend.

I did in my saxo, I never in the Corsa because it was incabable
I did a few things in the saxo I felt a prick for, It was a very fun car
this one just doesnt even hint at me to rag it, its too quiet and comfy

Believe it fella, I have never driven like a twat when I was younger. I've always had respect for cars whatever it was that I owned right from 17.
I drove those cars with respect. Have never been into driving round towns/villages like a 1st class prick.

Alright I recall being banned for 110 on the M1 but it was empty and 21 degrees on a July evening. I was in my MR2 Turbo and 23 years old. That's the only time I have
broken the speed limit and I got banned for it.
As for towns and villages I have always driven like a normal person, not like a twat.

Exactly, We all do it. Iv done silly speeds aswell and luckily not been caught and i knw there were daft speeds but we all do it.
Wether or not you do it in a city centre or not, We all do daft things.

Fair comment I suppose, just angers me when I see people who are approx 17 acting like a nob in their car like coming round the roundabout on the door handles etc.
If that guy is ever behind me on the road, I guarantee he will be driving about 4" off my back bumper
Maybe I'm just getting old lol, I just hate the fact I'm classed as a chav driving a Corsa because the majority ruin it for the minority

Nah, i agree.
I think people are getting younger and younger that realise driving like that gets you banned or looking like a dick. In the last few years iv seen less and less driving like dicks. That can only be said for my area though, Your area may vary and so on...

aye a seen some wanker in a silver corsa cutting people up and having an enormous amout of body roll on his car when he was cornering so i just laughed and thought yal hopfully crash
when i 1st passed i drove like a cock but i calmed down once i broke summic
