Went out for few pints last night, came in, went bed.

Woke up an hour or so later covered in blood, ran to the toilet and saw my left nostril was pissing with blood. I thought i might have just turned over and knocked myself or something, but it kept bleeding.
I mean for like, 80-90mins, i finally gave up with it, cleaned myself up and stuff bog roll up my nose and lay down it bed.

Woke up this morning fine, no blood or anything, just on the tissue.

Now, for the past few hours it feels like my throats clocked up. I got to the bathroom, hock (sp) up a load of phlemn and stip it out. Most of its blood

Is this because i must of swallowed it all last night?

So yeah, is it normal to be coughing up blood all day?

if not go see your doc cos the lining of your nose is prbably thin and u may need to get it quarterized. the shove a very hot bt of metal that seals all the blood vessels in your nose up.

Never have a nose bleed again, boxers get it done.

if it kept bleeding for a long time it may be worth checking out. my dad had the same thing just before he found out he had aplastic anaemia. which, if not treated can be fatal. not to worry you or anything though

Who told you that?

It can be a sign of underlying health issues same with bleeding gums etc... it's your bodies way of saying something's not quite right, i'd get it checked out.

Is for me Jake. I've got a dodgy blood vessel in my right nostril and I have nose bleeds almost every day. Some have been for as long as yours too. Stress, exertion, extremes of ambient temperature and booze all exacerbate the problem too.

a lad in my school had somthing like this

when we would play football his nose would randomly bleed and if ya were near, every 1 thought ya had stuck a nut on him
