Had a quick nose at earlier posts - this comes with the lengthened hoses and everything ready then? Just need the gaskets?

What exactly is it? Is it just a replacement for the upper manifold or for the whole thing? Throttle body change in with it too?
Just wondering as I want to fit myself, and managed to get the upper manifold off the other day no probs!

Will probably get one off you this week if that would be possible?

Sorry Jacko- I wasnt on yesterday. Generally when I receive the payment then the parcel is sent the next day and you should have it delivered the day after.

supremefaulk- The kit comes with all the hoses etc that are needed so just need the gaskets from Vauxhall. It is just a replacement for the upper inlet manifold and you attach your throttle body onto it. You just need to paypal me £138 to paul.edgar@hotmail.co.uk and I can send you one out!

Spoke to a mate who fitted one and has put me off..

Said he took him 2 days to fit it, and couldn't get the orginal black intake pipe out without cutting it. And once it was on it wouldn't idle properly??

Anyone has had this problem? Put me right off tbh.

takes about 6-8 hours if you've never done it before,

yes the black pipe needs cutting, so what?

and he probably messed up the vacuum pipes and ruined the idle like i did, easy fix though

you'll also need a 1/4 drive ratchet 2-3" extension bar a universal joint and a few attachments to screw the throttle body to the inlet manifold

So if I buy the kit, follow the instructions perfectly, I shouldn't get any problems except for EML coming on now and again?

If so i'm gonna have to get one aren't I.

The only problems ppl have are when the vacuum pipes etc are wrongly fitted because I have fitted a lot of these and never had any problems. Also the black pipe does need the L shaped piece cut off to remove it but the pipe isnt needed anymore so isnt usually a problem
