was planning on getting the 1.8 sri next year but been having a good think lately with the price of tax and fuel keep going up,so im considering the 1.4 sri now and would like to know what people think of them ect.

Worst value for money in the Corsa C range, either go for an SXi CDTi or the 1.8 SRiyou'll regret buying anyting else.

Tax on Vauxhall's arn't going up i dont think mate, its just the petrol you will have to worrie about. The 1.4 will still get u where the 1.8 will.. You just wont get to your destination quicker lol but saying that! Stick to the road limt's lol. Jkz

i will eat any 1.4 all day by a long way 
i test drove servral 1.4s before i bought my derv although on paper they are the same the 1.7 is quite a big quicker in the real world

only joking Nick, id spend the money on a 1.8 sri or 1.7 cdti as my 1.2 sxi isnt much different performace wise to the 1.4's

1.8 go very well, great engine
1.4 depends on which engine it is, but both are slow tbh

yeah mine is an Elegance - gay interior,,,,grey with them stupid symbols on.. they even still do it in vauxhall who would choose it!
the interior i shoud be getting is Sri ones with black door cards and the betetr suport seats/chequered design..
