Wasn't sure where to put this..
basically i took out a policy with flux on the 1st april, cancelled my direct debit with Quinn direct but the policy was still live which i wasn't aware of my mistake i know...
Anyway sent off the NCB bonus proof i had, got a letter back saying the policy is still live so they cant use the NCB and i will be charged for up until the NCB are available to use...
Im slightly worried now im going to get a big bill for the month they wernt able to use the NCB and there office's are closed so just wandering if anyone else has had any experience of this at all
