He is completely made of awesome.

I've been having probs with my Orange Sim for a week (since i lost my old phone) and been unable to make calls or anything.. I went to a orange shop in Reading, and phoned customer services twice! and still it wasn't sorted. He fixed it straight away

Awesome. Is there any sort of 'customer satisfaction' thing I can fill in to give you employee of the month or something?
