Can't find the 100's threads been made recently as the search engine is wank, keep finding 2002 threads!
Me and my girlfriend want to go away on the 21st July for 7 nights, somewhere hot in a nice area, not worried about clubs etc, but few bars/restaurants is a must. Were looking at spending 300-400 (prob get all inclusive some places in that range?)
So where do people recommend? I was thinking Egypt but not sure on prices?

i went to egypt in 04 all inc for 2 weeks for £600 so you should poss be able to get a last min deal or something for that price, egypt is really nice you have the option of clubs etc but not necessary and the activities like desert quadbiking and diving/snorkiling are good too 
mexico may be bit expensive though,
portugal...
italy venice etc

I'm just looking on teletext, 3* all inc in egypt is about 450-500 per person at the moment 
Looking at Gran Canaria at the moment too, seems more around our range for half board too, next to playa de ingles too so its the quieter side of gran canaria

Ive been looking at malta which looks quite nice, portugal too, but the airport is miles away and i cant drive abroad because i am only 19

I've just been looking at Malta aswell Jacko, not to bad on price and seems quite nice as it was in the guaranteed sun section.
Also just looking at Marmaris as well Robbo, looks really nice as well, seems like we got quite alot of choice so could leave it till the week before and try and get somewhere seeing as we have alot of choice

Girlfriend and I are looking at the moment, Dominican Republic is high on the list at the moment, some ace beaches. If you get last minute deals you can get them around £400

yeh ideally i'd like to book beforehand as that way im better at saving money and have something to look forward too, just need to have a chat with her and see what shes up for

I was having this discussion with someone from work the other day, girls tend to book holidays years in advance and lads tend to do it about 10 mins before they go ( I always have!).... strange.

Yeah it lookes really nice, ive just herd alot of bad things about it, food poisoning, etc etc etc.
People say they have been fine, and others say they were in bed for the whole holiday, or sat on the toilet for it.
Check tripadvisor is my advice!
