I think Crouch would fit in well in our new 3 man strike force. Need to get someone in especially now Viduka is out for 3-6 months.
Wouldn't want to be paying much more than £10m though

TBH that same price has been mentioned for Martins, and he scores a lot more than him!! The only thing that is stopping his value being that high is the fact he is in his last year of his contract with us.

When has Crouch ever scored more Goals than Martins? Dont get me wrong I'd love to see Crouch St James but even if he started every game for us I would still expect Martins to score more goals

Perhaps... but at the same time every shot he takes is different... regardless of the service... he needs to sort that out before a big club will take him, IMO of course

Crouch - 924 minutes played, 5 goals
Martins - 2058 minutes played, 9 goals

So Crouch averages a goal every 185 minutes and Martins 228 minutes
