hi finally bought a corsa 1.4 16v sri about 2 weeks ago after looking for ages has got full bodykit (looks ok i think) dtm mirrors,pipercross induction kit, e.t.c needs a few bits doing to body dints e.t.c and bumpers spraying im happy with it going to be taking number plate surrounds off and headlight eyebrows are off now jst need to get glue stuff off,also once everything else is done i have 2 better condition doors to go and ive de-striped them the doors on mine have rust patches and a few dints.

anyway thought id post a few pics of it so far as im really bored



when i bought it:











headgasket had gone and was going to chnage cambelt took head off and checked for warpage and it was nacked had been skimmed already as much as it could go and the head was a mess anyway





throttle body was minging aswell lol



while head was off cleaned all engine bay up abit didnt come up as well as i thought though but better than coverd in mud and crap

how it is today:


i bought anouther engine as it worked out better and cheap than just a head got it off a member off here just going to put the head on it which is in perfect condition



thats all for now should be going back together hopefully this weekend then i can get on with bodywork

cheers fellas yeah i love the wheels,no one so far has seen the skirts before ever i want to know what make they are lol il post more pics up when everythings sprayed and tidyed up

same front end as i had on my old corsa! get it slammed and will look cool! i personally dont like the rear bumper but each to their own.

tbh mate im not so keen on it either just going to see what its like when sprayed its lowerd 45mm on front and 30 on rear at moment will be doing rear 60mm soon as everything else is done
