Grrr just thought I would share with you how they're doing my head in!!!
They messed up and my free calls stopped working so I used up all my credit. So now I'm trying to claim the credit back and it's a right faf! Spoken to three different people who can't understand my accent hardly and I can't understand theirs and I've listened to Girls Aloud on hold for half an hour so far!! They keep repeating the songs and that's the only one I know

Mate don't get me started on orange.
I lost my phone, so went to get a new sim and my old number be put on that sim...
They said i needed to buy a new handset. So I bought their cheapest £4.99 and the bloke said he'd transfer my old number onto it.
few days later no luck. Ring up customer services and spend ages on hold then chatting to some english people before finally being sent to pakistan where they said 'we are having technical problems good bye' and hung up.
The next day I contacted them again and tried to get it sorted, they went through all the crap and assured me it was gonna be sorted...
few days later, still no luck! my Sim is still not activated and my number still doesn't work - so i'm without a working phone

I eventually got through to an english girl and she said all they could offer was call time that would last a month and after that id lose it so im still no better off stupis stupid people!!!
