i had it years ago when i was lil... pretty rare if i remember right, my docter hadnt seen a case of it for 20years

Went round my school about 20 years ago, my sister got it. You get a sore throat and some form of spots or a rash i think.

its interlinkied to glandular fever isnt it, i had both in the end according to the doctor one leads onto the other if it gets bad enough. had it all 2 years ago. it stays in your system for ages, pretty bad throat, rash, skin peeling, etc its not much fun really.

had that last year, took a month off work then resigned after been back for 2 weeks

then had epididymo orchitis at xmas and had another 2 weeks off work in my new job. fucking worst pain of my life

never heard of anyone getting scarlet fever recently though, thought it was one of those diseases that have been banished from the earth
