If you've lost your MOT cert is there a way of getting a replacement? If so whats the easiest method of getting the replacement?

Yep just go to the mot station it was done and ask. May charge you a tenner, may not.

That would mean a trip back to where I got the car from, is there a centralised place I can get one? Like DVLA or something?

Can get one from any mot station if you take the v5c logbook. Probably will charge you £10.

If you want one to keep to like sell with your car fair enough.
But tbh you only need one if your taxing a car.
