sold an e90 on there for £315, will only ship to UK

gets a guy registered in london with 1 feedback winning the auction

sends cheque from Kenya a few days later

wants pohone shipping to london, his brother has rang me to confirm its for him, says his paypal account is not activated as yet as awaiting credit card to come through

99% sure its a scam, he is offering his brother to send me a cheque now

So, if he sends postal order up to me would this be OK? These are exchanged for cash and so long as the cash is in my hand they cant get it back?

What would you do?

Thanks

SCAM - Not worth selling any phone or laptop on ebay IMO.

If you send it anywhere other than the reigstered paypal address then your not covered insurance wise by paypal.

They use someones hacked ebay account to pay for it.

You send phone to address they choose and think thats it.

Hacked account owner contacts paypal and you are forced to refund money but you've already sent phone.

Paypal WONT help because you didnt post to the verified address on the paypal account.

OOOPS £300 gone, and phone gone to some darkie!
