Hows everyone planning to celebrate?
The chairman of our company says it should be a bank holiday and hes not going to wait for the goverment so we all have the day off
and we got the st georges flag waving out the front of our office

Why would I want to celebrate the death of a Turkish Christian missionairy? What exactly has that got to do with being english?
Im well up for a bank holiday and a day to celebrate the people of this country -- but im not up for another holiday linked to christianity and monarchy- when I dont believe in either.

I'm celebrating by going to the Pub and watching Barca vs Man Utd.
Or maybe that's just a coincidence and I'm only really going for the football.
