My interior is a bit shabby and could use a clean, iv heard about some foam that you spray on and leave it for a while and wipe off and apparently it does a wicked job. Can anyone reccomend some "cheapish" ways to make my interior look good again? (carpets, seats, headliner... the lot!)

I use the foam stuff; No idea what it's called though. It comes in a yellow tin and has a blue brush on the top of it and it works amazingly. Avoid the Autoglym stuff on fabric as it doesn't work at all, however it foes work really nicely on plastics and vinyl. They are the two ones I use.
