Stuck as to what to do with my Corsa, its a 1.4 16v atm, but im bored of it tbh, want something faster, but dont know what, its my 3rd Corsa, so i dont know any other cars really, and would like another Corsa, preferably an XE, just not sure, i bought it like this:





And now looks like this:





Just stuck as to keep it, or sell it, seen an XE i really want, just need shut of mine, or do i keep it and put a 1.6 in later on.

dont bother with a 1.6 conversion. If you can insure something faster then why not?

Well im 19 with 2 years no claims, but on apprentice wages so often struggle for cash, so not sure about what i could afford to insure.

This is whats done to it alredy:

Pipercross Air filter relocated to other side of engine for quicker air intake.
Powerflow Backbox with twin pipes
De-cat
Lowered 60mm Front (Gmax Shocks and Apex springs)
Lowered 60mm Rear (Gmax Shocks and Gmax springs)
15" Cavalier Cesaro's painted Gloss black
195/50/15's all round
Front strut-brace
2.0 Calibra front brakes
Fiat Punto rear wiper
MK4 Astra clear Side repeaters
Smoked Depo's
Badgeless Grille
Irmscher sun-strip
Standard clocks, with Grey surround and Orange needles from the 1.6 Sport

And i ran a 17.9s 1/4 mile at York Raceway on 26th August 2007.

Just want it faster

this is my 1.4 im in EXACTLY THE SAME POSITION! and i say FOLLOW ME BROTHER AND XE THE FOOKER! as still get the same mileage out of it...your enjoy it being more powerfull and its a car u like/have added ure touch too!

Very nice car, the reason its not selling is its overpriced a fair bit, drop the price and it will sell if you really want to.

I thought that, but i put it on at 1900 and had an offer of a 2000 W plate VTR. Now havent had much offers, what do you think i should drop the price to?

£1600/£1700...the cars worth £1400/1500 standard??? IMO??! not too sure...dont seem to really be going anywhere but down in value lol

Dropped it to 1700 now, one i want is 1900 but he said he will take 1800 but im sure if i went and waved 1700 infront of him hed take it. Im good at haggling

LoL! I told you i was getting them day i got it from you, i just took alot longer getting them than expected. Dropped the rear 60mm now too. Needed it.

nice car, but I would upgrade to something thats alot better if you are going to sell. I mean if you are going to sell it and buy for example a 1.6 fiesta you wont have something thats better enough for you not to miss it!

i know of a nice 1.6 sport engine going for sale, recent sachs clutch etc regularly serviced, very well looked after, non smoking 60,000 miles and a dyno proven 114 bhp and 118 lb ft in mint condition. u2u me if interested
