After a bit of help/inspiration with regards the other half’s Astra Coupe Convertible. She had considered trading it in now that she’s finished paying for it for something a bit newer however she loves the car and it only has 30K on an 04 Plate so she has decided to start modifying it bit by bit. It’s been a while since I’ve had anything to do with the Vauxhall range so I’m looking to you guys for inspiration.

She would like to look at more cosmetic items in the short term and has already ordered an Irmischer Grill but would like the following next

Wheels
Suspension
SS Exhaust
Air Filter

So could you kind people point her in the right direction as to what you would recommend in each of these departments? Thanks in advance

In my opinion, Astra coupe/convertables look their best with a full irmscher kit, a set of decent wheels, a subtle exhaust, and a sensible drop.
A few pics of mine

It's damn annoying that the Copies of the VXR wheels look how the VXR wheels should look and Dish in the centre like they did on the concept!

I'd get some BBS wheels, lower it on Eibachs and sit a full Miltek.

Beauty of it is all the above parts can be unbolted in the event of a sale and sold for near enough what you paid for them.

People pay for quality parts

Irmy Evo stars in 7.5x18

I have a brand new, unopened set in my basement.

The RAC scratched my two front ones when they recovered me from my broken timing chain a couple of months ago so they bought me a replacement set, was going to put them on, swap tyres over etc and recon/sell the scratched ones, but I might just sell the brand new ones and get the current ones refurbed.
