as some of u no i work in a prety large bike shop and am hiting all my targets atm aparentley my boss has signed me up for a nvq level 2 in customer service and i dont have to pay a penny they have subsadised(sp) and waverd the costs for me well chuffed just hope i can pull it off!
has anyone els done this just want to no what im geting myself in to really

An nvq level 2 is very basic, you should be ok

Done it when i worked in ntl call centre,wasnt hard really had an assesment every so often wasnt bad though getting paid for sitting with like a lecturer for hours.
