2 things tonight that annoyed me
On the way into Manc centre tonight coming off the m60 in denton i ended up a behind a new silver mondeo with it brake lights on.. upon moving off and brake lights off a tiny red and white sticker below the tailgate brake light was there saying police
i mean wtf! you cant see it when he was braking and when hes not its not really that clear either
second thing, driving back on the last 4-5 miles or so from knutsford to my house i got stuck behind a police car doing between 30-50 on a 60 mph road. well annoying! what do you do? if you overtake you know theyre going to pull you over.. and to make things worse the 30mph bit they sped through!

you can overtake the police if they are doing less than the speed limit. just make sure you signal and do it safely without breaking the speed limit and they cant do a thing.

And when they speed through the 30mph limit, flash them with your full beams

I had one behind me last thursday on the drive into work, however he was in his own car but fully dressed, stab vest etc....then the begger over took me. I was like GTF and couldnt decide whether to stonk up behind him or just stay at 30.

Do you NEED to see that they're police with all due respect?
If you're driving properly there's nothing to worry about

My brother got pulled once, the Police driver was on the phone holding it with his shoulder, changing gear with his other hand while steering with his palm. Some of them forget example is the first of the three Es.

They drive considerably slower than the limit so you can overtake easily without worrying about getting taken over.
Makes me when theres a queue of 50mph traffic on a dual carriage way because everyone sits behind the police car too scared to over take.

Yes sitting behind them because they have a police car annoys me greatly.
I'll fly past a panda car at whatever speed i'm doing, bit more cautious about traffic though, flying past them is just asking for trouble.
Bode me well since IsStarted driving.

At the end of the day police are only human and yes they make mistakes... hence why i jumped at the oppourtunity to beep at the retard policeman who pulled out on me at a roundabout. He looked suitably embarresed!

You're one of the worst types then tbh. If you were happily cruising at 30 then someone overtook you, why would you "stonk up behind them"? Just carry on about your business at 30mph like you had been. Is it somekind of threat to your manhood being overtaken

No, but an unmarked off duty cop speeding at 60 down a 30 in his own car...imo is wrong, especially when he is wearing his full uniform.
Amazingly i'm not that bothered about being overtaken, i got used to it in my 1.2 8v It doesn't faze me, its when the people that enforce the law do it in their own time.

i overtook a police car once , was driving behind a car and there was an ajoing road to the left, the car was going about 20mph in a 30 and i overtook, but as soon as i overtook a t5 pulled out of the slip road infront of the car i was overtaking but not enough room for me to get behind the police car, which meant i overtook the police car about 45mph
he then pulled me and said its lucky he didnt catch my speed, told me about the amount of deaths etc then booked me for my plate
