Easy enough job. Been done loads before.

You replace the bellhouse with a conversion item. Make the mounts up, or you could even buy them. Looms not a problem as all you need to get the engine to work is power and to patch in the starter loom into the Ford stuff. Though most of the ones I have seen run carbs.
