Simon is an obvious favourite because of his straightforwardness, but I quite fancy Raef to go far, as well as the irish woman.

Nah simon won't win, he's a nice guy, pulls his weight etc - but i think he is mentally a bit thick.
Jennifer Maguire has a chance i reckon.
That alex guy may get another chance too imo as he's pretty down to earth.

blimey that episode made me cringe to high heaven when they started serving halved pizzas they didnt have the slightest clue, they got the italian theme right as they took nearly a grand, but the food, the costs, and the team work was appauling.
not being funny, they had tesco mince and dolmio sauce to make spag bol  they had ready made pizza bases
the girls got it wrong with the bollywood night, that i thought was too much work, for a specialist area, they could have done a simple curry night, but there's nothing wrong with good old english food at lunch, pies, steaks, chips etc...they missed out big time on that lunch service.
that kevin? who was head chef was an utter imbecile. the army bloke is a good grafter which i think sir alan likes but i dont think he has a proper business hat.
the asian bloke is good but will talk himself into trouble like Tre did.
the girls, the ginger one should have gone last week. i fancy the pants off lucinda and havent really seen enough of the others to judge
