Nothing like knocking on peoples doors or harrassing them whilst they're shopping. Best of luck

that's door to door selling.
I mean account executive selling, i.e having an area (territory) you work on and manage.
Then you have prospect accounts and trading accounts you have arranged appointments with customers to close for new business

Field sales is the way to go if you want to make good money and work for it. Its not easy money however.
I done it for a year and a half and was making no less than £1500 a month and for 2 months last summer came home with £3600 a month. 80% of your earnings are commision but if your good at it then its awesome money.
I chucked it as a spur of the moment thing cos it was pissing down with rain, i dropped my fone and smashed the screen, had made no sales for 3hours and forgot money for lunch and was starving.
So went home and never went back.
I dont regret doing it though as i met alot of intresting people, Bought my Mini, a jet-ski, went to New York and had some laugh whilst doing it.
Like i said, worth it if your not lazy, I am.

How do you find it, as I've been offered a job at a communications place.
What's it like to sell? Benefits? Likes? Dislikes about the job?

This is my 3rd one, First one was a shitty one seater and was slow, 2nd one was better but getting old but anything bigger we couldnt tow.
New one is a 2005 3 seater sea doo and is pulled by the X5.
