The worst i had was trying to contact a heldesk within a company, got put from phone to phone, was on for around 3 hours, possibly more being pushed to one person and then put on hold Phone bill was expensive

Waiting over 2 hours isnt anything unusual whilst trying to contact BT...then you get the pleasure of speaking to somebody (not neccassarily always in India) who doesnt give a monkeys that you have waited that long or knows how to do their job...

I was once on the phone to PayPal for 2 hours. What made it worse was the fact that the music they play while you wait is soooo quiet, i couldnt put my phone on speaker phone and do anything else....

dont try phone BT. Usually takes between 1 hour and 3 years , usually the latter
