I'm just about to finish my first year of a 5 year Part Time QS degree and whilst I'm finding the course interesting and relevant to my profession I just really cant see myself being as enthusiastic about being at Uni when in my 30's.
So Have any of you guys went back to further education later in life? Did you reap any sinifcant benefits or was it worth it personally?

I still do stuff through work, just about to enrol on an educational management qual, looks hard but it improves the prospects so I'm positive about it.

I had 2 and a half years of work after my A-levels then decided to go back to uni at 21...21+ is still classed as a mature student...
I have definately reaped the benefits...I always say I would hate to look back at 40 and think "what if I would have done that degree"...

Out of interest how did you jump in to the 3rd year mate? I'm 27 at the moment so will be 32 when I'm finished but would like to maybe try my had working in Qatar or UAE and this seems the quickest way to achieve that with the best financial prospects
