For nearly 2 months now we have been with privilege car insurance, after not renewing with swift. Swift do everything online and as a result, we had no paper proof of no claims to forward to privilege. In this 2 months, we have called 5 times to have this sent to us by post, each time they claim to have both emailed and sent it, yet we have not received a thing. We are now on a 2 week deadline to provide it or we are getting billed over 800 quid by current insurance as they will assume we have no no claims
What the hell can i do now? No matter what i do/say im getting nowhere and i dont fancy paying out the money. Any helpful advice is welcome as this is just stupid now.

cant you send of like the policy cover thing you had proving that you have had insurance this year & last years proof of claims?

sounds gay .. i used to be with swift cover and they sent me proof of no claims within a couple of days after asking them?
