111 stone! Fucking hell
Seriously, drink more water as said, cut out alcohol, fast food, chocolate etc and eat a bit of veg and healthy food. The drinking water will make you feel more awake/energetic for starters.

as people say above, got to cut out the junk food and eating unhealthy or ul be wasting your time.
Do loads of running/swimming/cycleing (best cardio) and eat fresh fruit, veg, fish and drink water.

no such thing as half way to stopping smoking. just do it
i have more or less cut out eating junk, drinking fizzy drinks, i give myself sundays to eat what i like so i dont get too bored of a bland diet but dont even eat much rubbish on a sunday as now i feel guilty about eating it
sleep is good altho you need exercise
an half and a hour in the gym is PROBABLY too long at a time, better to do 4 45 min sessions than 2 hour and a half
when you see results youll be more motivated. ive been back training since the end of january and put on very very close to another stone in weight and have never felt healthier in my life

If you like eating, just carry on - if you want to change, you'll do it, if not you'll just turn into a fat badger and suffer.

I was 15stone 4 around 3month ago, now im 13 11, not really changed my diet, only thing ive stopped is the mc ds, KFC, still have pizza sometimes and sometimes chips at home.
I just started going to the gym, started with around half an hour 3 times a week, now im currently doing an hour a day on the cross trainer, 5 days a week.
Thing is now, it doesnt even seem like a chore, seeing results makes me want to go more and i feel sooooo much better for it. Just force yourself at first, when you start seeing results its awesome!
