Not so much a what's it worth, as a how much should I be paying

I've got some Cobra Imola seats and I'm looking at getting the original seat mounts cut out and having 2 bars welded in per seat running between the sill and transmission tunnel, to mount my Cobra sidemounts too. I'd also need harness mounting points on the transmission tunnel sides.

Atm I'm struggling to find somewhere to do it, I've found a place that does custom rollcages and that sort of thing not far from here, he quoted me £250 but he didn't really seem like he wanted the job.

Just wondering what other people have paid, or what I should be looking to pay?

id say at best about £200 really.

Bugger, I'll have to just try any metal work places round here, see if they'd be up for it, doesn't seem to be any that specialise in car stuff, apart from the fella that give me the £250 quote

I used to work there a few years back, they do all sorts of stuff so its worth a try, you never know
