What are the sorts of charges from banks you can reclaim with a letter like so many people have done? I have whats listed as a 'POLICY ADMIN SERVICE' which takes 7.99 from my account which seems like every month or so. Any idea what that is? Im with HSBC by the way.

sounds like mobile phone insurance through phones for you tbh

mobile phone insurance, ive just cancelled mine, was a pain in the arse to do though

Its not a bank charge. So you won't be able to claim it back.

I'm pretty sure policy service admin is insurance, its what my phone insurance is with.

Yeah, all refunds have been put on hold until there is a verdict from the test case at the courts.

hsbc havent charged me for being over my agreed overdraft for months by quite a lot. happy days
