Which episode is it when at the end Chief Wigham is up a tree and the cops say "Come down Chief, we got donuts" and he appears and says "Lets roll"

Thats the one, once the other cop mentions the donuts it cuts to him fullt dressed and saying "lets roll" its probably then best simpsons moments from a non simpson !
