£100m

Price doesnt just go on how good a player is (infact I would say its a small portion of it). Its mainly down to the amount of money they can bring in via advertisements and merchandise...and for that players like Ronaldinho and Beckham are worth more than him....for now.

Oh yeah, if you were actively selling then you'd want that.

But a club willing to pay £100m for a player will not happen for a long long long time.

The bubble seems to have burst on the stupid stupid player prices. Was it Figo or Zidane that cost £40m+...or both Since then has anything else come close?

We had an £8m bid for Ronaldo accepted until you lot came in for him

Rooney and Veron were def in the £30m range, along with Rio. And I think the final Tevez fee is said to be £30m+.
