Had back pains on and off for a couple of years now. Generally because i sit on my arse too much

Anyway, just been rubing where it hurts and sounds like water moving about

Is this normal

Never heard of that one before

You've not had a drink recently have you? I've had that a few times where you have a drink then you can feel and hear it sloshing about

could be a build up of water/fluid due to a partially slipped disk depending on how bad the pain is.

if not you could of just hurt it to a point where its just swollen a bit.
