The mosler mt900s

...but check out the wheels

Dymag wheels
These things are made from a barrel of carbon fibre with a forged magnesium centre. Thats almost like an F1 wheel A set over here would cost in the region of £7,000 in 18"

I had no idea they were ever OE equipment on a road legal car

The result, the mt900s weighs just 998kg even though it has a supercharged 5.6 litre Corvette V8

Looking into this i've been told these wheels are also to be used by Konigsegg, Ascari and Ariel

I looked into these Ed, for our uni's Formula Student but they only make magnesium rims up to 16's, and carbons and mags from 17's onwards.

They are said to be tarmac wheels, not gravel but they have also stated that they are treated to take even the hottest bits of brake dust/material

Can you imagine what they would be like on a corsa?

I went from 7x15 cast multispoke alloys to 7x15 split superlites on my old ibiza (droped 4.5kg per wheel in weight) and OMG i noticed the difference

less weight 'below' the spring = better handling, acceleration and braking.

4.5k per wheel would make a MASSIVE difference to the way the car drove.
