To get your first points and fine??
Just asking as my brother has managed to get 3 points and a £60 fine within a month of him riding his moped!!!   
My licence is clean I've had it about 2 1/2 years  
what about yours?

Going into my eighth year of driving and touch wood i'm clean, but i have had some close shaves with the police

About 5 months. Then got nothing for about 3 or 4yrs after that, but got offered speed awareness course so didnt actually get points.
Got none now though

One slight accident when I skidded into the back of someone on ice but fairly harmless

My dad is 47, been driving since 17. No points or bans in 30 years. Few minor prang no insurance accidents, nothing major.

Yep ditto my mum lol, was fine for well over 30 years then completely missed a police van doing spped check adn whooshed past, 3 points
Worst thing was she got offered a course but was nowhere near home so couldnt go :S

When you have points, do you have to send it back off to the DVLA to get the points taken back off after they have expired?
