im looking for a low milage x16xe or if icant get one a c16xe will do nicely
would prefer a complete unit i.e starter altenator coil pack the lot so its just a one out one in scenario!
cash waiting! will consider a modified engine if paperwork is available

i have a pretty much complete X16XE





It can be built up easy enough, i have the starter / coilpark





done 80k miles out of R Reg car

£150 for it all

so what do you reckon is missing? why did you remove it from car and did it have any smoke or misfires?

I bought it for a spare, as the engine i had in a corsa at the time was smoking like a 2 stroke!! instead but a 2.0 litre in it

The engine has some damage because it was in a crashed car, i was assured that the engine was good,

Bits missing are - loom ( only have the starter/alternator loom) exhaust manifold / power steering pump, cambelt cover

iv got a recently rebuilt x16xe. All parts are new, rebuild cost £1400.

Just needs the right size head bolts and a head gasket and its all good!

yeah mate ive seen yours in another thread . price of yours makes it a bit risky as the engine i have in mine is in the same state as yours dunno whats causing the misfire tho. if you were to bring the price down a bit then id maybe take a chance on it .

what sorta price?? The reason mine runs rough is known...with the head bolts being just too long, so doesnt seal until its warm...still runs tho. Have a dyno graph for it too!

Hi i have a 1.6 16v engine that runs fine out of a r reg 1.6 16v corsa sport

Has everything apart from the loom

82000 miles and selling due to doing a corsa c20let

£150.00 and its yours
