If we have a proper list I can visit, he's quite local to me. For the record I think this is just inefficiency and amateurism and not fraud but I'll intervene nevertheless.

first things first, i am not posting in here to have a load of sh*t sent back at me, i am posting to inform everyone of whats going on
i've just spoken to ian about the situation
everyone who wants a refund will have a full refund by the very latest of the 4th of april, i'm sorry it might seem a long time away but thats the very best i can do
also the 2 i think still wanting the bumpers will also have them by the 4th april
i don't want to keep posting this but i have been held up alot recently due to a loss in the family, also my father walked out on whole family leaving us in the sh*t and now going through a horrible divorce and been having alot of problems with the landlords of my unit
i don't want sympathy or anything, i just don't want people having a go at me, yes i have wasted peoples time and i am very sorry about that

Many thanks for the reply, hopefully that goes some way towards rectifying the issue. I'll await the outcome on the 4th. Can anyone who has complained thus far please ensure that they update this thread with the outcome so that we can consider the matter closed when it is appropriate to do so.

exactly, i wouldn't just cash it and leave it in my account, i cashed it and used the money to sort a bumper and materials to sort the bumper you wanted, thats what your money was for in the first place wasn't it?

Well il hold you to that 4th april date woodwardbodyshop, and i am still wanting the bumper as described in the original advert and as described on the note i sent. I know it may seem like evry1's got it in for you, when you have loads saying you have ripped off people on other forums, it can be hard to believe at times. At least now with a confirmed date things can be taken further if worst comes to worst and you fail to stick to this!

I have just been talking to woodwardsbodyshop over u2u.
Some people on here may not know but i own a bodyshop in Oldham/Manchester which isent to far from woodwardsbodyshop.
after talking to him about things we have come to the arrangment IF by the 4th April things are not resolved i am willing to collect everyones items and payments in person.
Finish everyones work at my own bodyshop at no extra cost and send them out to everyone.
This seams like a good way to give woodwardsbodyshop time to sort everything out and if not then everyone who has dealing with them will still there there item they have paid for at the end of the day
