Nice car, nice job but these detailing folk don't half talk some waffle.
quote: Time had taken its toll on the outside though, so Shine On were contacted following referrals from the last Lotus Carlton owner, and other members of the Lotus community, to help inject some life back into this beautiful car.
Or to you and I, it's not been washed properly for ages so he called me.

Perhaps it's a Vauxhall then!?
Lovely car, though never really liked that front bumper for some reason.

No one likes a smart arse. I know its based on a vauxhall but it is a lotus...hence the lotus badge on the rear, plum.

Wasn't looking to offend you mate!
The car was manufactured by Vauxhall (or Opel, depending on the country) and modified by Lotus. Hence carrying both names. I'm pretty sure it was sold as a Vauxhall and not a Lotus.
