How long do they take to come off your license? Had it back in 2004.

got flashed off a red light camera once - got off with it

Fell asleep on the m4 drifted accross 2 lanes over the hard shoulder up the grass started to spin, ended up back stradling lanes 1 & 2, regained control and pulled up on the hard shoulder

god I was lucky not to have hit anything

Think they count for 3 years, they can be removed after 4 years but insurance wanna know for 5 years so should be able to come off this year

Had a friend on back of a scooter......LC20 and IN10, hello to 6 points.

Ovetaking unmarked copper at an 'estimated 110MPH' - Let off

Driving my mates CRX down the A556 Hartford stretch at 140MPH straight past a marked car hiding in a lay by. Let off because he didn't catch up quick enough to be sure I was the car that went past. he had a word with me.

Clean License

There have been 2 occassions where i thought "Oh shit that's me banned mind"

1. After 2 weeks of XE Corsa ownership i passed a parked traffic car at 120+mph. Blues and Twos came on, he pulled infront of me then proceeded to shoot off. Did he get a call or was i going too fast for him to catch clock my speed i do not know.

2. Had been to Leeds to see a bird, it was late and the road was clear so i opened up the diesel vectra so im sitting at 125mph for miles! Then.........in my rear view i spot blues and twos approaching rapidly. Again i thought im banned as i was the only car on the road but he shot straight past. About 10miles up the road i passed 2 traffic cars that had stopped a few guys in a focus.

No points, bans or fines yet, been driving 11 months tho.

Someone said there was police doing speed checks with the speed gun, arround where i live, so we went to look, and i got stopped for speeding really was not impressed!!!!!! I was doing 36mph, got let off tho.

Then few months ago, was driving the girl home. drove past a police car that was going realllly slow, said to the girlfriend "its going to turn arround"
And, ofcorse, it did! Came bombing it up behind me, pulled me over, pulled up next to me and then asked me some questions

Him - "Where you going"
Me -"Taking my girlfriend home"

Him - "Hi"
Girlfriend - "Hi"

Him - "what football team do you support then"
Me - "Man utd"
Him -"You could do better than that love"
Girlfriend - "k"

Him - "Ok then, off you go"

Dont have a clue why he stopped me, i should have asked, but never did!

cd10 driving without due car and attention (apparently) - on my scooter. crashed through the back window of a audi a3, luckily his back seats were down so i fell in the got out the door. writ the a3 off. and moped was fine!! (good old french shit pugs!!) lol i braked but they locked up!! anyway didnt hear anything of it until a few months later. went to court and got 3 points and 60quid fine. clean since that, only been driving a year so i guess it will be my luck to loose my licence in the next year with my gti.

Someone i know got pulled last year, way over the limit, 6 people in the car then a further 2 in the boot. im sure he wont be driving for a very long time!!!

clean licence.

but pulled over for:

50 in a 30 - let off with just a friendly word.
35 in a 30 - let off because bloke didn't have any tickets (using speed gun)
driving on pavement - let off with a warning again

and that's it, i think

got 7 weeks 'til i been driving 2 years, so hopefully i haven't cursed myself
