Last Feb I cancelled my Tiscali broadband. They took money from my account for 12 months before I noticed. I cancelled the DD and rung them up to get my £200 refunded. They said it will take 4-6 weeks, this was 4th Feb.

It's now nearly 2 months later, and I can't get any info from them at all I have rung them5 times and been either hung up on or fucked off every time.

What can I do?

No, it's expired so I could cancel anytime. Went through all this with a lady I spoke to.

Call your bank and claim it back via the Direct Debit Garntee.

The bank must give you a full refund as teh amount was not due and the bank then take an indemni claim ot against Tiscalli

I did mention it to my bank and they said nothing they can do. Maybe I'll give them another call.
