What are these binlids every body keeps talking about?

Im assuming that they are the standard vauxhall wheel trims that came on corsas?

Am i on the rite track?

They're 15" Alloy wheels off a Cavalier GSi.

I think it depends on the car, but personally give me the conventional 16'' softars, allesios or ceasreos any day of the week lol
