Fucking Autoglass have just been out and have damaged my fuckign passenger side door :mad Only a small bend on the edge of the door so easily repairabel Im sure but not the poitn!!! And they are currently refusing to accept blame BASTARDS!!!!!!!! Their warrnaty dept are calling me mondya to discuss but they are so far sayign my word against theirs! I can see where its hit my neighours car (battered old LR so he doesnt care, luckily!!) Not the poitn tho, I saw the doors flinging about a bit in the wind but didnt look too bad and thought he woudl ahve said if he was concerned!!

Didnt they go round the car with a a piece of paper, pointing out any damage allready there just incase a situation like this may happen?

lol at edit, indeed mate! But like I say, its my word against theirs and i didnt check the soors before he left (i didnt think id need to what with them beign a professional company )

Was onyl when i went back out to clean the car off off his dirt that i noticed

Was lucky tho cos its usually a 330ci thats parked next to me

I did, will upload ina o but pics werent very good, tis only slightly bent in so easily and hopefulyl cheaply repaire dbut i aint paying

Think ill say to them that as he didnt doa check beofre and after then he cant prove it wasnt him

Yeh, hope you get it sorted..arseholes, bad thing is..its his word against yours now, you could quite easily be blaming him for damage that was there so you could get it repaired for free, we knw your not but they could see it that way.

exactly, and so far thats what they are saying but i think ill be able to use the 'well he didnt do a check before and after so how can he prove he didnt do it'

just checked the document and there is clearly a bit sayign eh will carry out a check pre and post noting any damage and a tick list if bits he checked, he hasnt done any of that so IMO, bang goes his ability to prove it didnt happen whilst he was workign on the car IMO
