Well my dads drivers license has a D instead of a Q on his drivers license for 23 years and it hasnt caused him a problem!

In my Surname they have spelt it with an O instead of an E. However if they read it with the O they would be able to pronounce it and they wouldn't with an E even though it's said the same.
