Here at Tesco we get paid when public service workers get paid (doctors, polititions, police officers) but we ALSO get paid next week too like everybody else (but 1 weeks pay). And then we get paid after two weeks after that too and then its back to normal.

Anybody else have pay like that? I think its also to do with the end of the financial year too

Anywhere i've ever worked either paid every 4 weeks or last working day of every month, never had funny pay schedules like that.

Closest is getting paid a bit early at xmas.

Usually we get paid every 3rd week of the month.

Last day of the month, unless it falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday, in that case it is brought forward to the Friday before.

Where i work (Waitrose), we get payed the 26th of every month unless it falls on a back holiday or weekend, then we get payed the Friday before hand.

March = end of tax year == 20% of yearly earnings (bonus)

i get paid every thursday of every week.

i will get more money next thursday than usual because of holiday taken + good friday at time and a third.

then the week after i will get more than usual because of easter monday (time and a third)

then it's back to normal unless i do overtime

You could've summed all of that up with "last working day"

And pay rises in April are usually less than inflation and the increase in cost of living anyway

last working day of the month unless its weekend or seomthin. becuse the last working day is a monday i get paid thusday midnight/friday morning this monfth. not arsed to be honest as long as its the end of the month 12 times a year im happy

i get paid on the 31st as its the last day of the month, i'm on salary and get a easter week paid for, so no extra pay for me but i'm gonna enjoy the week off i have!
