been with then 6 months now and everything was fine untill now

my direct debit was due to come out last week but i got my dates mixed up and didnt leave enough money in, yes i know this is my fault

anyway i try to call them up but they cant get into my account because ive been on-line at home on my account, they told me to call back later so i did

i went on to my account yesterday to see if i can pay it that way but there isnt, they havent been able to get onto my account for just over a week now

i called them up today and they finaly get into my account and guess what, my policy was cancelled today.

they wont let me carry on with my policy which ive had for 6 months and thier saying that they can offer me the same discount (i had named driving experiance) if i take it today

this means im gonna have to wait 18 months altogether to get 1 years no claims

i told them i didnt have enough cash in my bank to pay for another deposit and would have to wait till the banks open.

then they call me back saying they can start my policy from today and they will give me 7 days to pay the deposit, i accepted it as i need my insurance.

im gonna have a look about for some insurance tonight and hopefully get a better quote so i can tell the badgers where to stick it.

Yep not much to moan about swedge, but they should be able a little more flexible towards your situation. People do have issues with their bank from time to time. Fair enough they need the money but a little good will ont heir part to offer the same deal wouldn't hurt for customer relations.

That's not really the same deal though, only in price. Fuck waiting 18 months for 1 years no claims. I'd start looking now and tell em where to go, unless they have the cheapest quote

Your on here posting about it, do it
I ended up with 8 years after being with Renault Insurance for 3. (Some kind of accelerator policy I knew nothing about and was the only good thing to come out of owning a Renault) and it was accepted by Adrian Flux who I've been with for another 3. I now have 11 years no claims after 6 years of driving
