Sorry for posting this, but it is general chat!
Thinking about buying my mates saxo vts
W reg
70k
lowered
Years MOT
6 months tax
serviced last week with mot
Had a look at it tonight and theres a bit of paint coming off the wheel and theres a small dent on the bonnet either side of the grill
Hes asking £2000
Does that seem like a fair price for those of you who have had previous experience with saxo's?

Iv never thought about getting a saxo but its came up at the time when im looking for a new car and theres just something about it
Ither option is a corsa sport, but then its less power, probably doesnt handle as good either

Just sold my vts after 3 years - i would say thats too much!! I sold mine for £1500 with £50k miles on it.
Also if u do decide to buy it check if the Timing Belt has been replaced as they tend to go around 65k-75k

I was planning on offering him £1900. He hasnt had it long, and the boy who had it before him hardly used it, didnt go out in his car alot unless he was needing something
I asked and he hasnt done the timing belt unless the previous owner did it. If it hasnt been done I would definetaly be doing it

not sure if you will be intrested but im looking to sell my VTR as soon as ive found a corsa.
im pretty far away from you but, i can make a deal off it. if i find the right corsa.
mines just been serviced by 'myself' at college. and had a new belt just under 3months ago.
pasted last mot with out advisaly and generaly been very well looked after.
janspeed manifold,ashley comp exhaust,sports cat,piperx filter,m3 mirrors,tsw alloys.
bad points, lil dent which ill get pulled out i think as its needs pushing from inside off door.
alloys could do with a refurd.
i passed my test under a month ago and my dad has been using it as a car to go get food when he feels like it. (works from home)
This is why im looking for a new car and my dad is getting a A4 or sumthing along them lines.
