I tend to delete my mixes from my server each time I slap a next mix up like so no I haven't. I reformatted my PC a few weeks ago as well so I've lost the ones I already had. What midi controller you got ? I'm currently trying to save for a Mac book & a midi controller I'm struggling tho

Yeah I know it's not alot of tracks but I like to keep my mixes small & sweet. Nah Ableton doesn't 'automix' you still have to mix your tunes just like you would with CD/Vinyl all it does is take away the whole beatmatching thing. You have to sit there & warp your tracks tho so there in time, but once you've done that they will be always in time. Also it lets you play your tracks at any speed without it losing it's pitching & going all chipmonk. Some really big name DJ's are using it like Sasha.Paul Van Dyk Armin Van Burren, James Zeblia, Gabriel & Dresden the list goes on

so does it auto beat match? and then you just cue it in when you want? on the cdjs? Ive got cdj1000 mk3s that have master tempo but i never use it, makes it fucking impossible to mix

No because it's not auto you still have to sit there & spend sometime warping your tunes it doesn't do it for you.

That's what you have to do, you have to put a marker on each down beat (kick) on the track untill you reach the end. Once it's saved you wont have to do it again.
Yeah I was never a fan of the master tempo on the 1000's I had the Mk2's which I find are so much better then the MK3's ...

surely it has an auto detector though? do you link them to cdjs or is it done in the software?
i used mk2s at pacha london the other week and they felt terrible to me, too flimsy

It does yeah but it's not accurate at all that's why you have to do it. You can use it on it's own with a laptop & a midi controller to control it so it doesn't look like your checking your emails (Check Sasha's Marvin controller out) or you can link it up to CDJ's & use it as an effect unit or you could even have say a mate using Ableton & a mate using CDJ's but it's mainly used on its own. It wasn't made for DJ'ing it was made for mainly live things like bands but DJ's started using it for DJ'ing.
Gives you loads of flexibility to CDJ's you can make your own remixes live on the spot do live mashups, loop certain parts of a track & mix it with another, & the effects yu can archive are unreal nothing like what a pair of CDJ's & a mixer could do..
