i didnt work in a bike shop for 3 years for nothing matey. used to be well into it. kind of died off when i got the car and started caning cigs. mite be going back working weekends to fund the project so i might "purchase" another bike

Plaz were good back in the day, poor in the wet tho, koxx browns are awesome for wear but not great braking power, Coust green pads with a grind is where its at

Never got to trying coustellier pads, i tested rimjam blues but they broke.

Koxx were good with grind and abit of tar, shite like you say in the wet

I used to use tar, but now i dont because it seems to contaminate the pads, rim, i have recently bought a brand new HS33, with that brake setup, after nailing my tailbone (god that hurt for around 2 weeks)

Haha i used to grind my front rim with some sexy shimano pads and was that good it pulled the thread out of my forks lol
