Yesterday was windy as hell here, this storm is supposed to be really bad and arriving tonight.

The weather here has got calmer all day and its blue skies and the wind has stopped.

So, is it really the calm before the storm?

Probably yeah, been bad here..raining all day then stopped and sunny for about 2 hours then more rain, stupid weather.

as others have said, was overcast earlier, then pissed down just after i washed and dried the car then was blue skies and lovely driving weather.

well us pansy southeners get scared when 2 icicles fall from the skies so i reckon this will cause complete extinction in the south east area if this is a good storm

should get rid of all those essex chavs

Well, there's Severe Weather Warnings including Flood Warnings for all of the UK for the start of the week with disruptions forecast for both transport and power.

I cant see it being bad. Just checked weather on BBC and it just says light rain and 5mph winds
