Not T1R's or F1's. Price not a problem.
Any ideas?

F1's will last longer than Toyo's, but if its durability that you are after, you will be better going with Michelins.
also, 215,40,17 is a bizarre size, what are they for?

forgot about his Astra,
still a bizarre size though, normally only ever see people running 205's or jumping up to 225's

BF Goodrich profiler 2 are a very hard wearing tyre.
...rubbish wet braking though but you can't have the best of both worlds

pirelli pzero nero's.
got them in 205/40/17 on the fiesta and they are good tyres that last long providing you don't do wheelspins 24/7
do tend to lack grip when wet though.

I just think it fills the wheel better as they are 7" wheels.
What tyres do you have John?

Went through them in 5k with my Corsa (same as T1R's) but had very bad grip.
Thinking about Continental Sport. It's for my Astra which is going to be my tow car so i'll no longer need to race around in that.
