the shell station near me sells them for £1.99. Found that out after id put £45's worth in to get one

i don't quite understand the point of these, would have been a better idea to undercut the competition on the price of fuel to bring in sales surely?

Because it costs about 10p to make them and then they either sell for £1.99 and make a profitt or people buy more petrol then normal to get one...
